The idea behind making underwear less visible is visual blending with the skin. That’s why nude bras became the traditional solution. But not all nude tones actually work.

Why Does Our Gray Appear Less Visible?
At Minus A, our design approach isn’t only about whether underwear is visible.
We also care about whether a color truly works in everyday wear.
When developing our gray tone, we refined it carefully based on several factors:
- Common Asian skin tone ranges
- How the color appears under white and light-colored fabrics
- How it looks under different lighting conditions
We adjusted the shade repeatedly with one goal in mind:
to reduce the visual presence of underwear under light-colored clothing.
This means you don’t have to worry about your bra showing through,
and you don’t have to rely on traditional nude tones that can feel awkward or limiting.
For us, that’s part of what comfort means —
less worrying, and more freedom in how you dress.
