Shipping Information
Convenience store pickup service is currently available.
Orders exceeding NT$20,000 are not eligible for cash on delivery.
Once payment is completed, delivery within Taiwan takes approximately 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For offshore or international orders, delivery times depend on airline and shipping carrier schedules, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

If recipient or delivery information is incomplete, shipment will be scheduled after confirmation by customer service.

Returns & Exchanges
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Please do not remove tags or wash the product. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Underwear and socks are hygiene products and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.

Returns: We offer free return shipping and will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item.

- Please use appropriate packaging when returning items. If items are damaged due to improper packaging and cannot be resold, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
- After submitting a return or exchange request, please obtain a shipping receipt from the carrier and keep it until the process is completed for future reference.

- If your order includes promotional items (such as gifts, bundle deals, or free shipping offers), the entire order must be returned together for any return or exchange request.
