Yes. Minus A Antibacterial Boxers are compatible with common hygiene products such as panty liners, wingless sanitary pads, and tampons, so they can also be worn comfortably during your period.
How do I wash it?

▪ Do not iron, bleach, dry clean, or tumble dry

Can I return or exchange my order?
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Please do not remove tags or wash the product. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Underwear and socks are hygiene products and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold. If your order includes a free gift, it must be returned together with the item. If you wish to keep the gift, please do not open or use it.
Return: We offer free return shipping and will cover the cost of return shipping. Exchange: Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item.

How is the 7-day return window calculated?
In accordance with consumer protection laws, Minus A offers a 7-day return window starting the day after your order is delivered and signed for.
If a building manager or third party accepts the package on your behalf, the 7-day period begins the day after the package is received by them. Please keep an eye on your delivery notifications to track the timeline accurately.
When is a return not accepted?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- after the 7-day return window.
- hygiene and safety reasons, items like underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
- signs of use, has odors, or is stained or marked (e.g. with makeup).
- washed, altered, had tags removed, or is missing parts/accessories.
- were not returned with the item.

We currently offer convenience store pickup only.
Orders with a total value exceeding NTD 20,000 are not eligible for cash on delivery via convenience store pickup.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within Taiwan takes approximately 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For offshore and international orders, delivery times depend on airline and shipping carrier schedules, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.
- If recipient or delivery information is incomplete, shipment will be scheduled after confirmation by customer service.
- During consecutive holidays, shipping schedules will follow official announcements on our website.
