- Hand wash recommended. If using a washing machine, be sure to place the bra in a laundry bag.

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept returns for damaged items.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return: FWe offer free return shipping. We’ll cover the cost of sending the item back.
Exchange: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we’ll cover the cost of sending out the replacement.

How is the 7-day return window calculated?
In accordance with consumer protection laws, Minus A offers a 7-day return window starting the day after your order is delivered and signed for.
If a building manager or third party accepts the package on your behalf, the 7-day period begins the day after the package is received by them. Please keep an eye on your delivery notifications to track the timeline accurately.
When is a return not accepted?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- after the 7-day return window.
- hygiene and safety reasons, items like underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
- signs of use, has odors, or is stained or marked (e.g. with makeup).
- washed, altered, had tags removed, or is missing parts/accessories.
- were not returned with the item.
